"I had the good fortune of running into Mimi Markels at a time when I needed a florist for a large networking event that I was planning for the wedding industry.  Mimi agreed to do it and I was so happy that she did!  I had no idea what to expect and I was taking a huge chance on her, but Mimi exceeded my expectations in every way.  She came to my event with the most beautiful flower arrangement that was gorgeous!  It was a beautiful tall arrangement with the most gorgeous fresh flowers.  The arrangement included a  cascading group of flowers flowing downward circling the vase to the table.  She also decorated the vase with pearls and it just looked stunning.  The table setting was very elegant, so it was crucial for Mimi to create something of the same grandeur as the table.  She succeeded and also decorated the rest of the venue with lovely flower arrangements of all sorts that were amazing.  Mimi knows how to create not just regular hand tied bouquets, but is also very skilled with the European styled bouquets that have wiring as a bottom of the bouquet.  It was simply beautiful!  I also must say it was a pleasure meeting Mimi and hope that we have the chance to work together again.  She is a delight to work with and a fun person to know!  I highly recommend that you hire her for any of your floral needs.  She is top notch."
